Back in Mac-Land

My laptop's batteries reached the point this weekend that they wouldn't charge past 12%. Red Barn says this is a known issue with the ASUS Z71v, so I had to send it back yesterday. Hopefully they won't take too long with it this time... I mean, they're just replacing the batteries after all.

Anyway, for the time being, I'm back on my Mac mini. Got a decent LCD monitor this time so I won't kill my eyes or my desk space, but I'd still rather have my computer back. The important thing is that I get it back before the end of the semester on May 12 so that it's ready to go to Greece with me.

Greek Easter at Home

So I'm at home for Greek Easter, and I'll be here until tomorrow night. My sisters and I built this jigsaw puzzle of the US this afternoon, here is a picture.

CoursEnroll Complete

I did pre-enrollement via Cornell's fantastic CoursEnroll program this morning. (For those of you who aren't familiar with it, the previous comment is quite sardonic.) Fortunately, I got everything I wanted for next year, but many of my friends weren't so lucky... :-/

China Night in Statler Delights - News

So, my latest article is in the paper. It's about China Night, which was a cultural show put on by the Chinese Students Association. The show was really great, so congrats to everyone involved. And yeah, the yo-yo kid was amazing!

Oh, and in case you're wondering why I'm up so early... today is CoursEnroll day! If you're wondering, here are the classes that I hope to get.... we'll see if I actually can get them.
